Abattoir Sheep Runners
Westlink Engineering has designed a unique set of abattoir sheep runner equipment, as follows:
Pulling machine
4 roller puller with stainless steel rollers 150mm diameter x 450, 600, 800m long. Stainless steel shafts, cabinet and frame. Suitable for up to 6000 casings per day. Compact 3 phase worm motor drive fitted with 10 amp stop/start and overload. Roller speed approximately 70rpm. Custom left or right hand loading. Fixed water spray pipe.
Stripping Machine
2 roller type. Adjustable urethane coated rollers, 200mm diameter x 450, 600, 800mm long. Custom left or right hand loading. All stainless steel shafts, covers and frame. Compact 3 phase worm motor drive fitted with 10 amp stop/start and overload. Customised variable or fixed speed motor. Sturdy s/s bearings fitted in wet areas. Fixed water spray pipe.
Dip tank (two compartments)
Stainless steel construction. Fitted with sparge pipe for chilled water inlet. Support rail and adjustable stripping hook for runners included. Two large spoon drains fitted for ease of cleaning. Adjustable stainless steel feet.
Runner Receiving and Waste Collection Trays
Stainless steel construction. Removable components for easy cleaning. Large fitted drain socket. Manufactured to suit pulling and stripping machine in combination.
Z-bar Runner Tree
Stainless steel construction. Able to load and unload simultaneously. Adjustable swivel post with foot pedal.
