Welders
Welding is an integral part of sheetmetal fabrication and requires quality equipment.
Westlink uses a range of welding equipment for sheetmetal fabrication purposes, including:
- Spot Welders
- TIG Welders
- MIG Welders
Spot welders - create a resistance weld use to bond various sheet metals.
TIG welders - also known as tungsten inert gas welding, is used to weld thin sections of stainless steel, and other light metals likie aluminium, magnesium and copper alloys.
MIG welders - also known as metal inert gas welding, was originally developed for welding aluminium, but is now commonly used to weld other steels.
