Senior management team

The Westlink Group has a highly-qualified senior management group with a good blend of engineering, management and business experience.

Chris Stacey - Joint Managing Director

Chris Stacey co-founded Westlink Engineering in 1994 with Paul Anastassiou.

Chris is a craftsman with extensive knowledge of sheetmetal manufacturing processes across petrochemical, marine, chemical, aviation and food industries. One of his key skills is on-site problem solving. He trained at Robb Caledon Shipyard in Leith, Scotland.

John Anastassiou - Joint Managing Director

A qualified marine engineer, John joined Westlink Engineering in 1995 as a partner in the company. Highlights of John's career include winning ANL cadet of the year in 1993 and overseeing the construction of a container ship during his 15 years as a marine engineer. John has also worked for Lloyds Register as an Engineering Surveyor, specialising in marine and offshore oil platforms.

Paul Anastassiou - Chairman and Co-founder

Paul is a barrister with a practice in commercial litigation. He co-founded Westlink in 1994 with Chris Stacey. He continues to provide strategic advice and legal counsel to the business.

Westlink Engineering Group is immensely proud of all its staff across its four divisions.

The company is fortunate to have dedicated staff in the office and on the workshop floor, including draftsmen, estimators and engineers of varying degree of skills and experience.

Westlink's reputation is founded on the combined professionalism and attention to detail of our staff. They are skilled, hard working, and take pride in their work.

In turn, the company's staff has signaled its high regard for the company, as the Westlink Group has an excellent staff retention record. On average, the groups employees work for Westlink for five to seven years, which is an outstanding achievement in the fabrication and engineering sector.

One of the reasons that Westlink has a high staff retention record, is that it encourages its staff to develop their skills across a wide range of areas, and values the input of staff at every level.

Staff across each of the company's four divisions collaborate closely on projects, which extends their understanding outside of their area of specialty.
